Lisa Parfitt is a self taught glass mosaic artist who seeks balance and self expression through creation. Precise, clean lines define the pieces while the use of texture and light give the work dimension and appeal. Lisa discovered the medium while trying to create a memorable wedding gift for a friend. She has spent the last 30 years honing her  craft while balancing a career in occupational therapy and raising a family. The majority of her career was spent in the Caribbean where she placed in numerous art shows and undertook private collection commissions.
